Each piece of SMS Jewelry Designs is handmade to order, please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping.

 

We want you to love the way SMS Jewelry Designs looks and feels on you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in original, unworn condition within 5 days of receipt of your order for a return or an exchange.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

 

• Rings and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned. For rings, we suggest that you be sized by a jeweler in your area to insure an accurate fit or please contact us for other options.

• Other items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and shipped via USPS and insured for their full value. Prior authorization is required on all exchanges and returns (to be obtained within 5 days of receipt of order) so please contact us. 

• Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by the customer. For security reasons, do not write SMS Jewelry Designs anywhere on the package.

• Layaway and deposits for an order will not be refunded if an order is canceled after work has already begun.  Please contact us  with any further questions regarding this matter.
